Care Quality Commission Report - 3rd Sept 2015

New Electronic Repeat Dispensing Service

As a practice we are now offering an additional prescribing service called Electronic Repeat Dispensing. What this allows us to do is issue up to 6 months of recurring medication and send them through to your pharmacy when it is due. This means that you will only need to request your medication every six months and not on a 4 weekly basis. If you are on regular monthly medication and are interested in using this new service please contact us on 01945 660460 and speak to a member of our patient services team for more information and to check your eligibility.

Dispensary Closure

Please be aware that the Dispensary will be closed on Wednesday 18th April 2018 from 12pm to 2pm for a staff training event.

We apologise for inconvenience that this may cause.

Additional Triage Services

North Brink Practice is working towards adding additional triage services to our standard process. Our goal is to help direct patients towards self care where necessary, allowing us to free up appointments to those patients who have chronic and on-going illnesses. With the winter months now here, many of the illnesses that you will face (eg colds, coughs, sore throats and diarrhoea/vomiting) can be treated through self care and by visiting your local pharmacies. During the triage process we will ask patients a series of questions and direct appropriately. Rest assured that if we believe your illness requires attention from one of our clinicians then we will book you into the appropriate clinic.
